REIKI
Reiki is an ancient energy technique, promoting healing and peace within. Treatments help provide a foundation of care and support for our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. It’s common for energy to stagnate in the body, creating blockages that can manifest as dis-ease. Reiki healing sessions stimulate a more fluid flow of energy, allowing the body to surrender into a deep state of relaxation, rest, and recovery. Through Reiki, we can access the areas of distress -both physical & emotional wounds- allowing a deeper connection of mind, body & spirit to harmonize. Sessions will include a combination of guided body awareness, light-touch holds & non-touch holds, chakra balancing, Palo Santo for clearing, and a space of support for your healing experience.
